If you know your mental health goals and are all ready to start working on them, it is time to book a session.
A therapy session is a candid, authentic, warm, and very fun space for you to come talk about anything and everything that crosses your mind, affects your wellbeing, and stalls your growth. We will start by setting mental health goals, and session-through-session, come closer to achieving them. Sessions are held virtually on Google Meet. Each session is 50 minutes long, and the typical frequency is 7-10 days (but that's totally up to you). I also love to check-in with clients every once in a while over text. Oh, and sometimes I'll yell at you.

When two individuals come together in a relationship, they bring their unique characteristics, personalities, life experiences, intellects, mindsets, backgrounds, and communication styles. And so a relationship without conflicts is a myth!
